Evaluation Process

In order for an application to be processed, the applicant must submit all the required documents

If any document is not submitted during the submission phase, the application will not be processed and the applicant will be advised

that the application was declined due to missing documentation

Applicants that have been declined will be subject to a 90 day waiting period before the application can be resubmitted.

Upon confirmation of all documentation, the application is submitted to a credit panel for assessment and scoring

If the application does not achieve the minimum required score, the application will be declined

If the application successfully progresses through the credit scoring and risk analysis phase, the application is then submitted to the affordability index evaluation committee. During this stage of the evaluation, the panel members determine the capital investment that the company would be required to outlay for the solution. The fixed monthly charge will then be determined
